Construction :

Our MKN-500 high temp. resistance wires are made of pure nickel as conductor, and mica sheet as inner insulator.Besides them, there are 2 fiberglass shields surrunding on. Finall, wires are protected by winding fiberglass.The finishing is used by high temp. adhensive material.
Application :
Lead Wires of Heaters used for industrial electric furnace, pottery kilns, smelting furnaces; e.g. petrochemistry,ironworks, power plants, and high temperature ciscumstance.

Besides them, there are 2 fiberglass braids surrunding on.Wires are protected by winding fiberglass and finished with high temp. adhensive material.Finally, fiberglass spacer are filled to protect the wires and braided by SUS winding wires.
Application
Since protected by SUS winding braid, this calbe could be used under the rough surrounding for its high wear resistance and wind proof. E.g. petrochemistry, ironworks, power plants, and high temperature ciscumstance.
