| Application |
Types 86H, 86HB,88M, and 88GM have a good self-supporting property of being heated at high temperature. With this property, they are suitable for the heating elements of household appliance such as toasters, microwave ovens, popcorn makers, cold and hot air fans, thermos, electric irons, hair dryers and etc……. They are also very good for industrial heating elements used as industrial electrical furnaces, drying furnaces, warmth-keeping machines, plastic injection machines, etc……. Additionally, they can be used to make high temperature sealing components, such as, sealing rings, washers, etc……, insulated materials for high voltage equipments, and high temperature separators.
86H and 88M are made from white mica. They can tolerate 500℃ for continuous use, and 800℃ for intermittent use.
86HB and 88GM are made from golden mica. They can tolerate 700℃ for continuous use, and 1000℃ for intermittent use. |
